I leave for the airport in 5 hours! We're going to Belize for a couple of weeks of lounging on the beaches, trekking through the jungle and checking out some Mayan ruins, jaguars and Belizean Rice & Beans (or Beans & Rice - those two are apparently two different dishes!)
I may have internet access now and then...and I may not. Even if I do, I may just break character and not take advantage of it! (wonder what the odds are on that???)
So...stay warm, stay safe....see you when I get back!

I hope you have an amazing trip. I have a friend (in Seattle) that went to Belize last year. It was a life altering experience for her (for the better ;^)
BTW, thanks for the greek yogurt info. I did not know that Indiana had a Trader Joe's! But since your post earlier, I finally found one. Amazing stuff. It did feel a bit like home there, too. I often miss Seattle. My oldest son might be moving back, so I might hide in his stuff! Wait, his stuff is a guitar, cds, and mounds of dirty laundry. Maybe I'll wait until he gets settled in!
